Road closure expected at intersection of E. College & N. River

SEGUIN, Texas – Progress continues on the River-San Marcos-Heideke Phase I Project.

“It’s been a long, sometimes stressful process for residents who live or drive through this area, but we’re finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We appreciate everyone’s continued patience as construction workers keep moving the project along,” said Morgan Ash, Public Information Officer.

The contractor has completed installation of underground utilities in the area, and now crews will begin street reconstruction. Beginning on Wednesday, August 4th, the intersection of East College St. and North River St. will be shut down. Drivers can expect that area to remain closed until August 14th.
