Water Main Break Causes Outage
Approximately 85 Customers Affected

UPDATE (6 p.m.) - Water service has been restored to affected customers. However, the main has not yet been completely repaired. Crews will return in the morning when they have access to an additional piece of equipment. Residents may notice water leaking onto the street overnight.

SEGUIN, Texas – A water main break in the 800 block of East College Street has forced water to be shut off to approximately 85 customers in that area.

The vicinity of North King to North Milam is affected. This includes portions of Bismark, Krezdorn and North Bauer Streets.

City of Seguin crews are currently working to repair the break. Water service should be restored around 5 p.m. The city will issue an update when the repair is complete.
