Seguin Police Arrest Member of Aryan Brotherhood
Suspect Jailed on Drug-Related Charge

SEGUIN, Texas – Seguin Police have arrested a member of the Aryan Brotherhood and charged him with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.

On March 25th, Seguin narcotics detectives received an anonymous tip that drugs were being sold out of a hotel room in the 800 block of East Kingsbury Street. The occupants of the room opened the door when detectives knocked. Detectives immediately observed narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia in plain view inside the hotel room.

Consent to search the room was obtained from occupant Ryan Lee Oliver. A search of the room resulted in the discovery of 14.5 grams of heroin and $340 cash. Oliver was taken into custody and charged with manufacture and deliver of a controlled substance. The other occupants of the hotel room were questioned and released.

"We encourage citizens to report narcotic activity and they can do so by calling in anonymous tips to the police department or to Guadalupe County Crime Stoppers,” Seguin Police Lt. Eric Jiminez said. “Anonymous tips have assisted the police department in recovering narcotics, guns, money and in the successful arrest of individuals involved with the sale and use of narcotics.”

Oliver was booked into the Guadalupe County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He remained in jail as of Thursday morning.
