May fun at the Seguin Public Library

KIDS:

• Free Comic Book Day – Saturday, May 7th, 12 pm to 4 pm: Stop by the library to get a free comic book and make a button!

• LEGO Club, Wednesday, May 11th, 4 p.m.: Come build something awesome. Our theme will be announced at the beginning of the meeting. Ages 4 and up.

• Kids Discover, Tuesday, May 17th, 4 pm:  Have you ever wondered what's up with that reddish brown crud we call rust? Do you know why we paint metal objects like the Golden Gate Bridge? Head to the library for some chemical reactions that will help explain the--sometimes rusty--world around us. Ages 6-11.

• Paws to Read, Tuesday, May 31st at 4 pm:  Boost your reading skills by reading to a certified therapy dog. Children who want to practice reading or who just want to read to a dog are invited. Sign up for a time slot at http://www.seguin.lib.tx.us!
