Mental Health Unit

The mission of the Seguin Police Department Mental Health Unit is to develop partnerships with mental health consumers, their family members and mental health agencies and organizations to better serve the mental MENTAL HEALTH UNIThealth consumer in crisis. The SPD Mental Health Unit teams up with Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office and Bluebonnet Trails Community Services to help provide mental health services to adults with serious mental illness; to children and adolescents with serious mental illness or emotional disorders, autism or pervasive developmental disorders; to persons with developmental disabilities; and to adults and children with family health care needs.
