Central Park Summer Concert Series

The Seguin Downtown Concert Series offers something for almost every musical taste! The family-friendly concerts are free and held in Seguin's beautiful Central Park.

Central Park in historic downtown Seguin has plenty of grassy open space for kids to run barefoot. Those moving a little slower can plop down a lawn chair or blanket and sit back and enjoy a pleasant evening where the breeze blows through the huge pecan and oak trees and the water and colored lights dance in the beautiful art deco fountain.

For four consecutive Sunday evenings in June, bands and music groups will take center stage in the Central Park bandstand. Performances will include a mix of music with a final patriotic concert that salutes veterans and active military.

This year's concert series will feature five area bands on Sunday evenings and July 2nd. On June 4, Comal Community Band performs, followed by Dirty River Jazz Band on June 11, Groove Factor on June 18, Natalie Rose on June 25. The final concert on July 2 will feature the San Antonio Symphonic Band performing a beautiful set of patriotic and big band music.
