Permits

The City of Seguin has launched our Development Services Portal (CSS).  An online service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At the City of Seguin, we are fulfilling our commitment to deliver online services that is more efficient and convenient. To use all the services we provide, you must register and create a user account. You can also view information and have limited services as an anonymous user. We trust this higher level of online services will make doing business with the City of Seguin easier and more accessible.

FOR ALL PERMITTING AND REGISTRATION NEEDS, PLEASE VISIT THE
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PORTAL (CSS)

AND COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1. Log On or Register a user account.

 2.  Apply for a License*
 Contractors are required to provide a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance. Please include a copy of the required State license and/or Government Issued ID (Driver’s license, passport, etc.).

3. Apply for your Permit 
 
Make sure to review the different permit TYPES to ensure correct permit application. If a wrong permit type is selected, permit will be rejected and you will have to resubmit.
