City Hub Customer Portal

The City of Seguin offers residents a way to view and pay utility bills, monitor water and electricity usage, set up usage alerts/notifications and save money - all with a cloud-based City Hub Customer Portal. 

This free online service provides our customers with 24/7 access to manage their utility accounts from a cell phone, tablet or computer. In addition, customers can set-up customized usage alerts and receive notifications by email or text message if usage/billing thresholds are exceeded.
