WB Development Breaks Ground on Arroyo Ranch

Seguin, TX – WB Development together with the City of Seguin and the Seguin Economic Development Corporation held an official ground breaking ceremony for Arroyo Ranch, Seguin’s newest and largest single-family residential project to date.

Situated on approximately 267 acres at the southwest corner of State Highway 46 and Farm-to-Market Road 725, Arroyo Ranch is expected to deliver up to 1,103 new homes to the City of Seguin at full build out. Starting prices for homes will be in the upper $100’s to low $200’s in sizes ranging from 1,300 square feet to 2,600 square feet.

Arroyo Ranch will offer residents numerous amenities including walking trails and a community center that features a play scape and pool. While WB Development has not yet finalized any contracts with homebuilders, it has previously worked with large, national homebuilders as well as regional builders on previous developments and master-planned communities, including Seguin’s Meadows at Nolte Farms. The first phase of construction is expected to deliver 200 lots by December 2018, with model and more speculative homes expected in early to mid-2019.
