Track Utility Usage and Set-Up Notifications  on City Hub Customer Portal

SEGUIN, Texas – Utility customers who currently utilize the City of Seguin’s online billing portal will now notice some new ways they can view their usage and receive notifications.

The City Hub Customer Portal, a mobile-friendly, online utility portal (accessible on phones, tablets and PCs) helps customers better manage their utility billing. Using the online portal, customers can pay utility bills, manage multiple accounts, schedule payments, view account information and transaction history, monitor water/electric consumption, and gain a better insight on how and when their utilities are being used.

Customers using the online portal can:

  • View hourly, daily, weekly and monthly water/electric consumption and cost information to help manage usage. Information can be viewed in a chart with details, such as: hourly interval data from previous day, average daily usage from the past week, daily usage for current billing cycle, and monthly consumption/cost.
  • Set up text and email notifications that alerts customers of usage that exceeds normal amounts or pre-set cost thresholds. This could be cause for investigation to determine a water leak or other problem.

In addition to utility online bill pay, customers can also utilize City Hub to pay traffic fines and court costs to Municipal Court.
